Double Occupancy of Double or Twin Room

1 night - £37.50per person per night - £75for the stay
2 nights - £37.50 per person per night - £150 for the stay
3 nights - £35.50 per person per night - £213 for the stay
4 nights or more - £32.50 per person per night - £260 for a four night stay. 
£65 per room per night for any stay of four nights or more.

Single Occupancy of a Double or Twin Room

1 night - £55 per person per night - £55 for the stay
2 nights - £55 per person per night - £110 for the stay
3 nights - £52 per person per night - £156 for the stay
4 nights or more - £50 per person per night - £200 for the stay
5 nights or more - £44 per person per night - £220 - for a four night stay.
£44 per room per night for any stay of four nights or more.

Use of an extra single bed in the room is £10 per night - this includes breakfast. Use of a cot is free (and includes use of a high chair and baby listener)
 

As a general rule we only accept bookings of two nights or more over a weekend during our 'season' - (our bank manager likes us to pay the business loan and we have to maximise our returns)

Single Occupancy of a double/twin over a weekend or Bank Holiday incurs double occupancy rate
