Double Occupancy of Double or Twin Room

1 night - £37.50per person per night - £75for the stay
2 nights - £37.50 per person per night - £150 for the stay
3 nights - £35.50 per person per night - £213 for the stay
4 nights or more - £35.00 per person per night - £280 for a four night stay. 
£65 per room per night for any stay of four nights or more.

Single Occupancy of a Double or Twin Room

1 night - £55 per person per night - £55 for the stay
2 nights - £55 per person per night - £110 for the stay
3 nights - £52 per person per night - £156 for the stay
4 nights or more - £50 per person per night - £200 for the stay

Children
0-2yrs - No charge - cot, high chair and listener is included
2-7yrs - £5 per night - additional single bed included
7+yrs - £15 per night - additional single bed included  

Dogs
Dogs are £10 for the stay - no matter how long the stay.
We welcome well-behaved owners (and their dogs), but any unforeseen damage caused by our little furry friends will incur a a charged.
Pets are not allowed in the dining room at breakfast

As a general rule we only accept bookings of two nights or more over a weekend during our 'season' - (our bank manager likes us to pay the business loan and we have to maximise our returns)

Single Occupancy of a double/twin over a weekend or Bank Holiday incurs double occupancy rate
